3. Booking and confirmation

4. Rates, currency and VAT

5. Payment terms

6. Cancellation and rescheduling

7. Lesson packages

8. Right of withdrawal

For consumers buying at a distance, Dutch law provides a 14-day withdrawal period. If you book a lesson or package online and change your mind, you may withdraw within 14 days for a full refund, unless the lesson has already taken place at your request within that period — in which case a proportionate amount for the service already delivered may be charged.

9. Health, safety and your own responsibility

10. Junior players

11. Liability

My liability is limited to damage caused by intent or gross negligence on my part, and in any case to the amount paid for the lesson or package concerned. I am not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal property at a court or club, nor for injury arising from a condition you chose not to disclose. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

12. Complaints

If you are unhappy with a lesson, tell me — email philipkamara23@gmail.com and I will respond within 14 days and try to put it right. I would much rather hear about a problem than lose a player over one.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without affecting your statutory rights as a consumer.
